Mark Moline
Mr. Moline is co-founder and a managing partner at PacWest Partners.
Through his family office, Six Toes Ventures, Mr. Moline has invested in over 100 companies across enterprise SaaS, blockchain, gaming, biotech and deep tech. He has also participated in dozens of token sales and NFTs.
Mr. Moline actively advises companies on investor relations, capital raising and strategic planning.
While living in New Zealand, Mr. Moline created the global macro blog, CapitalistExploits and formed an investment syndicate called Seraph. The syndicate consisted of private investors and family offices from over a dozen countries. As a group, Seraph represented investments of over $70 mm in 50+ companies, and organized and ran investor meet ups in 16+ countries over 5 years.
Mr. Moline received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Heath from Northern Illinois University in 1990.
John Brda
Mr. Brda is co-founder and a managing partner at PacWest Partners.
Though his family office, Brda & Company, Mr. Brda has been a prolific investor in public and private companies. As CEO of a Nasdaq listed O&G company, Torchlight Energy, Mr. Brda successfully raised over $150 million in equity and debt capital. Having founded and successfully exited a billion dollar Nasdaq entity, Mr. Brda is now helping other CEOs in their similar pursuits.
Mr. Brda is an experienced CEO with a demonstrated history of success in the public and private markets with extensive knowledge in M&A, Capital Formation, Business Development, and Investor Relations.
Mr. Brda received a Bachelor or Science degree in Finance from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1988.
Anna Bradshaw
Ms. Bradshaw is the Client Services Director at PacWest Partners.
Throughout her career, Ms. Bradshaw’s diverse background demonstrates exceptional versatility, having worked in both public and private sectors across various industries including oil and gas, information technology, and healthcare. Her most recent positions as Director of Organizational Development in the small materials and photonic industry and Business Manager in the oil and gas industry showcase her ability to drive organizational growth and efficiency. Ms. Bradshaw has extensive knowledge in Marketing, Process and Operational Development, Capital Raises, and Investor Relations contributing significantly to numerous company’s overall organizational effectiveness and financial growth.
Ms. Bradshaw received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Texas A&M University in 2014.
